Sabrina Lin Wins Athersys Travel Award!

Athersys Corporation has generously provided travel support for a UCR student to attend the International Stem Cell Research Meetings in Philadelphia this June. Sabrina Lin was chosen by the Awards Committee to be the recipient of the Athersys award this year. Sabrina has submitted an abstract which she will present on her stem cell work dealing with assessment of toxicity of cigarette smoke using stem cell assays.
